FULTON/DeKALB COUNTY GRANT FOR CATS- SPAY/NEUTER

SpayGeorgia has received a grant to donate our certificates for owned cats of DeKalb and Fulton County residents.

Routine surgery/routine anesthesia are covered by the certificate.
All breeds.
Vaccinations (if needed) are not covered by the certificate.
Post op pain medication is not covered by the certificate.
In heat, pregnancy, and cryptorchid arenot covered by the certificate.
Other services requested by the pet owner are not covered by the certificate.
Owned cats only. No community, stray, or feral cats.
Limit of two donated certificates per person/household.
The certificates may be used at any SpayGeorgia participating clinic, not just at clinics located in DeKalb or Fulton Counties.
Proof of residency in DeKalb or Fulton County required. A current utility bill in the name of the applicant. Driver’s license is not accepted.
This offer remains open until all grant funds are disbursed.
