FULTON/DeKALB COUNTY GRANT FOR CATS- SPAY/NEUTER
SpayGeorgia has received a grant to donate our certificates for owned cats of DeKalb and Fulton County residents.
- Routine surgery/routine anesthesia are covered by the certificate.
- All breeds.
- Vaccinations (if needed) are not covered by the certificate.
- Post op pain medication is not covered by the certificate.
- In heat, pregnancy, and cryptorchid arenot covered by the certificate.
- Other services requested by the pet owner are not covered by the certificate.
- Owned cats only. No community, stray, or feral cats.
- Limit of two donated certificates per person/household.
- The certificates may be used at any SpayGeorgia participating clinic, not just at clinics located in DeKalb or Fulton Counties.
- Proof of residency in DeKalb or Fulton County required. A current utility bill in the name of the applicant. Driver’s license is not accepted.
- This offer remains open until all grant funds are disbursed.
